Michelle Lyons is a seasoned HR professional with a passion for shaping people strategies and transforming workplace cultures. She’s held senior roles in local and national nonprofits, as well as in professional services. As a lifelong learner, Michelle earned her Master’s degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University in 2017 and holds both a Prosci Change Management certification and the CPHR designation.

Michelle is deeply committed to purpose-driven work and takes pride in contributing to initiatives that make a difference in the lives of Calgarians. She’s honoured to be part of the DI’s mission to end homelessness, one person at a time.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Michelle hiking in the rocky mountains, writing, or spending time with her family and beloved dogs.
