Morgan is the Program Director for the Verna J. Kirkness Education Foundation, whose mission is to increase the number of Indigenous students graduating from pure and applied science, engineering, and mathematics programs in Canada. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of Calgary and a Professional Certificate in Towards Truth and Reconciliation. With over six years of experience in program coordination and leadership roles, Morgan is skilled in facilitating communication between stakeholders, designing educational programs, and maintaining strong relationships with professors, mentors, and students. She is committed to supporting Indigenous communities with cultural sensitivity and respect. Morgan is a proud member of the Driftpile Cree Nation and is passionate about working with Indigenous Peoples in Canada. In her free time, she enjoys geocaching, spending time with family, venturing the province, and crafting.
