Sydney is a Senior Manager at Deloitte where, as a national leader in the BlackLine practice, she specializes in finance optimization and close acceleration enabled by technology; including automated reconciliation tools, financial close strategy and finance process engineering. Sydney completed her undergraduate degree in Accounting at Mount Royal University and is a CPA, CA. Although a born and raised Calgarian, her experience has taken her around the world; most recently having spent several years in Sydney, Australia before re-joining her home office in Calgary. 

In her spare time, Sydney enjoys reading, skiing, and spending time at the lake with her ever-growing family.
