Duane Alexander has over 30 years of business experience. He recently retired from an executive role at a major Canadian energy infrastructure company after a 25-year career spanning law, business development, mergers & acquisitions, finance, major projects, and strategy. Currently, he is an executive advisor to clients in the energy industry. Duane has Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Alberta and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Pennsylvania. His interest in finding solutions for housing, mental health and addiction led him to become involved with the DI.

Duane was born and raised in Alberta. He enjoys playing and watching sports, reading, movies and spending time with his family.
