Colan Kee is Manager, People & Culture at an independent North American exploration and production company. He brings to the DI over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with expertise in culture evolution and managing organizational change. Colan holds an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University, is a Chartered Human Resources Professional with CPHR Alberta, and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (US).

Originally from Vancouver, Colan was based in Los Angeles, CA and Sydney, Australia before settling in Calgary in 1998. Colan enjoys spending time volunteering for charitable causes and is an avid skier, hiker, and scuba diver.
