Colan Kee

Vice Chair

Colan Kee is Vice President, People & Culture at Enerflex Ltd., a global energy infrastructure company headquartered in Calgary. He is a senior human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience leading people strategy, organizational transformation, talent management, governance, and culture initiatives across international organizations.

In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Colan is passionate about community service and has supported a variety of non-profit and charitable organizations throughout his career. As Vice Chair of the Calgary Drop-In Centre, he is committed to advancing the organization’s mission of ending homelessness and supporting individuals on their journey toward stability and self-sufficiency.

Colan holds an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University, is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

A proud Calgarian for more than 25 years, Colan enjoys scuba diving, travel, and giving back to the community through volunteer service.
