Andrea Whyte

Andrea Whyte is a partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Calgary with a practice focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, executive compensation, and general corporate matters. She earned a Bachelor of Science at McGill University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta and was admitted to the bar by the Law Society of Alberta in 2000.

Andrea is active in the Calgary community. She serves on the Calgary Economic Development Board as well as serving on the Advisory Committee of the Alberta Securities Commission. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys golf, tennis, swimming, and travel.
