Tanya is an executive leader with deep expertise in strategic human resources, culture, and enterprise-wide change management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Pembina Pipeline Corporation, Tanya functions as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, digital transformation, and building inclusive, high-performance workplaces. Throughout her career, she has focused on supporting teams through strategy execution, operational excellence, and workplace maturation.

Tanya’s connection to Calgary’s social services sector is deeply rooted, having spent her early career working in operations, volunteer coordination, and fund development for CUPS Community Health Centre and the Women in Need Society. An alumnus of Leadership Calgary, Tanya holds a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management. She is eager to leverage her background in governance and transformation to support the Calgary Drop-In Centre’s housing-focused mission.
