Lubna Saleem is the Finance Director at Momentum Community Economic Development, leading financial management, IT and facilities. With over two decades of experience in municipal government and the not for-profit sector, she specializes in financial transformation and strategic leadership.

Previously, Lubna held roles at the City of Toronto and the City of Calgary, where she led service and outcome focused planning and budgeting and managed the $100-million Opportunity Calgary Investment Fund.

Lubna holds a Master of Science in Accounting and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). She is passionate about community service and has volunteered with various not-for-profit organizations.

In her personal time, Lubna enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and exploring new activities.
