With commercial real estate experience in Canada and the US, Nathan brings a diverse perspective to the industry, familiar with the investment goals of both private and institutional investors. His background includes working with private developers/investors, public and private REITs, investment funds, asset managers, and pension funds.

Before his career in commercial real estate, Nathan played university basketball, which led to a professional career in Europe. After basketball, Nathan completed his MBA at the University of Colorado at Boulder, specializing in commercial real estate and finance, in 2015. Shortly after, he moved to Calgary and joined Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group. During his time at Avison Young, the Capital Markets Group has completed a wide range of commercial transactions for office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and land assets on behalf of private and institutional clients. Nathan and his team pride themselves on providing sound market advice and consultation to clients active in buying and selling assets in southern Alberta.

Nathan is a licensed real estate agent with the Real Estate Council of Alberta, an Avison Young Top 10 Emerging Leader in Canada in 2023, and a recipient of a Business Development Award in 2023. He is fluent in Spanish and German, and his interests include spending time with his wife and two sons, golfing, skiing, playing basketball, and attending live music concerts.
