Welcome to the booking system for Drop In Centre staff flu shots! Please select a time below where you can meet with the pharmacist on-site. Appointments should take about 5-10 minutes maximum.

Before your appointment, please print off a flu shot consent form here. Please fill it out, and bring it to your appointment at Office 111A (doctor’s office) on the first floor.
